The new P-Type professional series wine knife features a compact form factor with minimalist design to give you a unique and sexy way to open wine. When you hold this new design you will immediately understand it's purposeful design. It's weight and balance give a great sense of confidence when removing the most challenging of corks, and the silky action of the blade and helix will be a constant reminder of the exacting standards to which this professional tool has been made.

Each P-Type is marked with it's build date and material specification so that it will always have it's own place in time, in the same way that we remember and experience those special wines in the world. The first batch number to be released to market is - P-TYPE 304 251171

The 304 designation refers to the grade of stainless steel used for the main chassis which has a beautiful weight in the hand. Once machined and polished, the chassis is texturally finished with a double sand blasting process originally developed for our Elite Series models. The foil blade is precision machined from solid 440C knife stainless and hardened to HRC60. The lifter is made in the same super tough 17-4PH stainless steel as used in the Elite Series, and a polished conical-tapered helix is standard.

The hospitality industry is tough on people and equipment so like all Code38 models, the P-Type can also be kept in perfect working condition no matter how many corks you pull. We offer 3 levels:

Level 1 - Kit comprising a standard un-grooved polished stainless helix, foil blade and knife pivot thrust washer.

Level 2 - Kit comprising a Code38 conical-tapered polished stainless helix, foil blade and knife pivot thrust washer.

Level 3 - Kit comprising a Code38 conical-tapered black TiCN coated helix, black TiCN coated foil blade and knife pivot thrust washer.
